Lake Ontario
Generally, Lake Ontario is for advanced kiteboarders, but with certain weather conditions beginners can kitesurf as well. The lake is deep and rough, with big waves. In some areas the water can be polluted from local factories and becomes unsafe for swimmers. Again, Lake Ontario is not recommended for beginners, however some kiteboarding locations can offer shallow, waist deep water and can be good enough for learning the sport.
