Waiver Form
You must sign a waiver form! Please fill out, sign and bring the following Waiver Form to the lesson or simply email it back signed to lessons@ikite.ca before the class. Make sure you initial every section and sign both pages otherwise the kiteboarding instructor has the right to refuse giving lessons.
