Kiteboarding trip to Cape Hatters, NC

iKite Canada is inviting you to our next kiteboarding trip to Cape Hatters in North Carolina, a very popular North American kiteboarding destination. Shallow water and steady winds have given this place a reputation of the perfect environment for wind based sports. Cape Hatters is an ideal location for both beginners and advanced kiteboarders which is why it has become a tradition for us to organize trips there once or twice each year.

April is known to be a windy month in North Carolina, so you can expect to be kiting non-stop all week. This is a good opportunity to learn kiteboarding in such a favourable environment or to advance your current skills while having fun with friends. For those who want to develop their skills further we will be giving individual kiteboarding lessons.

This time we will be staying in a large four bedroom house in the town of Nags Head. It’s a short three minutes walk to a white sand beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as warm showers outside to wash equipment from salty water. The family room has a 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, board games and video library.

Approximate expenses to be expected per individual are $700 including transportation, accommodation and food. Equipment rental and lessons are extra. Book your lessons in advance.
